According to news agency ANI News, the Indian government has banned the Sikh group “Sikhs for Justice”. This decision has been taken in the Cabinet meeting. The Central Government has declared ‘Sikhs For Justice’ illegal in India. This Sikh organization runs its activities in America. SF for Justice is running 20-20 Rapid Campaign. It is being organized by this organization to create ‘Kharmal’. The information was received from the Indian government for a long time, after which the central government today banned it. The Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh also gave a statement and welcomed the ban for ‘Sikhs for Justice’.

But after the ban on India by the Sikhs for Justice, Sikhs for Justice has filed a defamation case against the Government of India in the Canadian High Court. SFJ has alleged that the Indian government has tried to defame him by plotting to counter terrorism and placing him at the behest of Pakistan’s intelligence agency ISI. In the Toronto Superior Court of Justice, in the city of Toronto, a case has been filed against a media organization for defamation and demand for a one million dollar compensation. Sikhs For Justice is seeking a Referendum in 2020 to set up independent Sikh states in Punjab and the Government of India is against this referendum.
